All the generations suppose that their time was the best. In other words, people were kinder, prices were lower, weather was better and the youth was not so dissolute. But it is necessary to remember the time when you also were young and all these conversations concerning the degradation of sexual relations seemed to be ridiculous or irritating for you. It should be noted that the people are the same at all times. Only decorations, such as clothes, machines and buildings change. The feelings and emotions remain to be the same.

The other thing is that sometimes it is very easy to change the public opinion which is necessary for some epoch. Or if it is appropriate for some cultures. Traditions dictate us how to behave, but sometimes such instructions are really necessary for us. How often can you hear the phrase "I do this just because my parents brought up me so"? Such a statement can be related to sex and society, eating habits, music preferences... Everything.  In other words, we have no choice...  or just don't want to make own decisions.

Sex and society always have been a problem for teenagers. Nowadays sex education is provided by the governments of developed countries, though there are still the opponents of such an "enlightenment". As a rule, sex education courses in grades 7 through 12 cover puberty, abstinence, HIV, implications of teenage pregnancy, STIs, and how to resist peer pressure. There are also such topics as methods of birth control and infection prevention, sexual abuse, factual as well as ethical information about abortion and sexual orientation. But still all these studies are nothing in comparison with the support of parents. If they avoid to talk with their child on such themes, it means for a child that sex is really a bad thing.
